The West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management serves 250,000 customers in Contra Costa county and the cities of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond, San Pablo, and El Sobrante.

The Drupal site allows admins to easily update content, including slideshows, "promote to homepage" featured items, an external and internal staff-only calendar of events, Google Maps integration, webforms and customized contact forms, a image gallery, board and agenda PDF uploads, staff and board directories, FAQs, Youtube and Vimeo videos, customized "dashboards" of information about rates, and many highly sortable lists. 

Because of extensive planning and layout, the site is set up so that an administrator with a basic ability to use web-based data entry forms can easily manage and edit all 35+ types of content on the site. A WYSIWYG data entry editor allows inline images and uploaded files as well as text, font, and color changes.
