Personalized Introduction

10k Webdesign provides a personalized, friendly, and supportive experience for our clients.

The principals Monica S. Flores and Genesis Lodise met while working on an educational website project called The Odyssey World Trek for Service and Education in 2000. 

After the project, Monica went on to work for the University of California at Berkeley as a webmaster and then for a policy/technology consultancy in San Francisco, while Genesis continued with The Odyssey and then worked freelance as a graphic designer.

Passionate about the web and about creating communities online, in 2004, the two quit their jobs and incorporated as 10K Group LLC, thus beginning their current endeavors in website development under the name 10K Webdesign.

After ten years in the Bay Area they moved to Hawai'i for five years, then back to Southern California, while maintaining a significant presence (read commuting back and forth) and a growing team of specialists in the Bay Area and beyond.

The 10K Webdesign current client list includes projects in North America and Europe, with a specific focus on the needs of e-commerce, green businesses, progressive organizations, membership directories, and women entrepreneurs.
